The company’s reputation for providing outstanding value while maintaining high levels of quality is one of Edward’s proudest achievements.
Walt Bussells is an expert in finance and energy conservation. In fact, he was CEO of Jacksonville Electric Authority and the CFO of the City of Jacksonville at the same time. He re-engineered the financial practices of the city, merged local utilities, and initiated the rapid growth of public utilities to keep up with demand. All this was accomplished while keeping customers’ electric bills at some of the lowest levels in the United States.
Roger F. Postlethwaite has led development teams that have created highly acclaimed, award-winning communities in Florida, Georgia, The United Kingdom and Spain. His extensive experience in research, planning, entitlements, development and home building has spanned three decades. The creation of community and the enjoyment of its residents are both the priority and the satisfaction for a community developer.
