Our mission is to plan for long-term growth by coordinating the need for transportation routes with the potential for commercial and residential development. By working with state and local governments as well as land owners, we can assemble the land needed to create new highways. We then plan for appropriate interchanges that will facilitate responsible, successful developments. As a result, the highways serve the developments and the tax revenue from the developments help pay for the highways. We believe this is a model for sustainable growth.
