GreenPointe Pathways is the infrastructure development division
of GreenPointe Holdings. It provides infrastructure essential for
development in creative ways, including Public-Private Partnerships
and other competitive financial structures to serve existing and
new communities. GreenPointe Pathways is challenged with the task
of creating innovative infrastructure solutions based on
intelligent green principles to improve sustainability in the
fields of transportation, liquid utilities and energy.
GreenPointe Pathways works with government entities as well as
landowners to develop infrastructure to be integrated into
long-term development plans. GreenPointe Pathways is actively
working with advanced water treatment and alternative energy
partners to cost effectively solve many of the water supply and
clean energy supply challenges facing the Southeastern United
States. In addition, GreenPointe Pathways is actively involved in
developing advanced transportation corridors essential for future
sustainable development.
